ASELSAN has successfully demonstrated its new KANGAL FPV 100 and EJDERHA AD 210 systems in Türkiye, showcasing a layered electronic warfare approach against mini/micro UAVs and next-generation FPV drone threats. Part of the national Steel Dome architecture, the EJDERHA AD 210 utilizes High-Power Electromagnetic (HPEM) technology to neutralize threats including tethered, fixed-wing, and internal combustion engine drones. Guided by radar detection and electro-optical tracking, its narrow-beam focus disrupts or damages target electronics. Complementing this, the KANGAL FPV 100 targets remote command-and-control, multi-band GNSS, and telemetry frequencies. Integrated with the MİRKET 200 RF receiver, it delivers look-through reactive jamming and utilizes AI-assisted algorithms for FPV video link analysis. Both software-defined systems offer scalable, omnidirectional defense for critical facilities and tactical vehicles.
