Description
DRONE DOME is an end-to-end, combat-proven, modular, off-the-shelf Counter-Unmanned Aerial System (C-UAS) that provides all-weather, 360° rapid defense against hostile drones. Detecting even small targets at over 3.5 km distances, the system neutralizes and intercepts with soft- & hard-kill, inflicting minimal damage to the surrounding environment with maximum safety to friendly aircraft. The comprehensive solution integrates a radar, SIGINT/RF sensor, EO Speed ER sensor, jammer, and C4I Center. In the DRONE DOME laser-based variant, during the intercept phase, the laser director receives the target position from the C4I, which allocates it to the laser beam effector. It then locks onto and tracks the target, and within a few seconds, the laser beam is transmitted and destroys the target.
